About Emma

Emma is a post production professional and creative director working out of Los Angeles, Boston and New York.

She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts in May 2020, where she specialized in all things post production. During her time in college, Emma spent every summer working as an intern/assistant at NBCUniversal at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York. Her teams at SYFY Network and E! Network liked her work so much that she often wore many hats and even edited on-air spots for the networks. The first advertisement that she edited by herself aired on SYFY Network when she was just 18yrs old.

While at USC, Emma was the coordinator and lead technician of the post production labs, managing a staff of over 45 student workers, training students on editing softwares and assisting staff and faculty alike on classes. She was an assistant teacher for a graduate level editing class when she was a senior in college. She was also the first undergraduate to solo direct a graduate level documentary film. That documentary, In Her Corner, went on to have a successful festival run during the 2020 pandemic and was nominated for best documentary at NFFTY.

Since graduating, Emma has worked on a variety of projects including music videos, advertisements, and even major motion pictures. Some of her previous collaborators and employers include: The Wendy Williams Show (Post Coordinator), Black Balloon Media with contract work at major music studios such as Warner Music Group, Sony Music Group, and Universal Music Group (Editor), Supper Club documentaries (Assistant Editor), and Be Grizzlee/Stringer division of Omnicom Group (Assistant Editor).
